1. About BingeMark
BingeMark is a free, personal project that lets you track TV shows, follow friends, and discover what others are watching. It is operated by a single individual based in Belgium and is subject to the laws of Belgium and the European Union.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use BingeMark. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 16, you may need parental or guardian consent under EU law (GDPR).
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of someone else without their consent.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

When using BingeMark, you agree not to:

8. Availability & Changes
BingeMark is provided on a best-effort, as-is basis. As a personal project:
- We cannot guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted access.
- Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
- The service may be shut down with reasonable notice where possible.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of BingeMark after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
