Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your BingeMark account and all associated data, you can do so in one of the following ways:

Option 1 — Delete from your account settings

1. Log in to your BingeMark account.
2. Go to Settings → Danger Zone.
3. Scroll down and click Delete My Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you are unable to access your account, you can request deletion by emailing us at:

peter@bingemark.tv

Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile and display name
• Your watchlists, favorites and show lists
• Any reviews or ratings you have posted
• Your follower and following relationships
• Any data linked to your Facebook login

What we may retain

We may retain certain data for a limited period where required by law (e.g. for legal or fraud prevention purposes). This data will not be used for any other purpose and will be deleted as soon as retention is no longer required.
